Is VTUSquare free to use?
The app is free to download and there is no monthly fee. You only pay the value of whatever you are buying, and on most data plans you pay less than the network's own rate.
How fast do transactions actually complete?
Airtime, data and electricity tokens typically deliver in under ten seconds. On the rare occasion a biller is unreachable, the amount is automatically reversed to your wallet, so you do not need to raise a ticket.
How do I add money to my wallet?
Every account gets a dedicated virtual account number. Transfer to it from any Nigerian bank app and your VTUSquare balance updates instantly. You can also pay with a card.
Is my money safe?
Funds are held with our licensed banking partners, traffic is encrypted end to end, and every payment requires a transaction PIN that only you know. Devices are bound to your account so a stolen phone cannot be used to spend.
